Acrobatic Dance, or acro as it is commonly referred to by dance professionals,is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context.

We are an Acrobatic Arts certified studio with certified instructors

Acro is an especially challenging style for dancers to master as training in both dance and acrobatic elements is required. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.

Acro classes are leveled classes and dancers must be evaluated by one of our certified teachers prior to registration. Signing up for an Acro evaluation is complimentary and can be made by contacting our studio online or by stopping by the front desk.

Great news Acro dancers! We plan to form an Acro Team for the 2022-2023 season. Selections will be made by teacher evaluation.
